V23ENDURE - VOL 2
This is a twelve week, 3-day a week supplementary program. It is meant to be added onto your current training program or can be used as a stand-alone program. If you are adding this to your current training program we recommend that you cut your normal conditioning piece for the day and replace it with this.
To build a solid aerobic base we must put in volume. Some of these sessions may last up to 60 minutes. Be aware of your current training program and the volume it already brings to the table. DOING MORE IN TERMS OF TOTAL TRAINING VOLUME IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Doing more volume in the areas needed is better.
